How We Got Here

In 1999, current CEO Brian Rahill founded RainStorm Consulting to assist some of the earliest commercial websites with search engine marketing and promotion strategies.

From 2001-2005, RainStorm grew from a one-person consultancy to a full-service firm providing web development and hosting services to more than 400 clients in more than 30 states nationwide.

In 2005, the company introduced SiteTurbine, a suite of web-based software designed specifically for educational and non-profit organizations to easily manage their websites. SiteTurbine quickly gained traction as one of the earliest examples of web-based software, now the industry standard for website maintenance and business management.

Today, RainStorm Consulting is focused on providing organizations with customized websites and simple software, backed by the same commitment to personal, long-term support that has guided the company since its inception.
