FastTrack Admission Form

• This tool records student information pertinent to applying for any graduate program and saves submitted information to an online database.

• After a student submits an application, an email notification is sent to the department contact and a courtesy reply email is sent to the applicant assuring him or her of a timely response from the department.

• A back-end administration tool gives administrators the ability to approve, edit, add, and delete applications to the graduate program as well as set the status of the applications and whether or not the prospective student has been contacted.

• The back-end applicant list can be sorted by name, student status, GPA, application status, etc in ascending or descending order.

• The administration tool can be accessed from any internet-connected computer with a web browser – no extra software is required.
