Interviewing with RainStorm Consulting

The hiring process

• Submit your resume: Email your resume (in Word, web, or text format), along with a cover letter, to Brian Rahill at brian@rainstormconsulting.com.
• Interviews: If you are called for a first interview, please review the interview tips below. Please note, you should expect to be interviewed by up to 3-4 people. We conduct interviews with this approach to ensure that we gather the feedback of our whole team.
• Follow-up interview(s): We may ask you to come into our offices for at least one or two follow-up interviews, and/or a test of the skills required for the position you are applying for. Again, you can expect to be interviewed by at least 3-4 people at a time.
• Next steps: We take hiring decisions seriously. As a result, it can take 2-3 weeks or more for us to reach a decision. We will notify you whether or not we make you an offer.

Interview tips

• Dress properly. While we maintain a casual dress code during business hours, we expect you to dress professionally and respectfully at your interview.
• Do your research. We expect you to take the time before your interview to get to know us as a company. Our website has more than enough information for you to familiarize yourself with our services, our focus, and our beliefs.
• Arrive on time. Here are driving directions to our office; please do your best to arrive on time or call us if you need directions or get caught up along the way.
• Know why you're here. Be prepared to tell us why you're interviewing, what motivates you, and how you will work to bring passion and commitment to your job every day.
