How do I setup my e-mail account in Outlook?

Setting up Outlook

  1. Choose Accounts (or Email Accounts) from the Tools menu.
  2. Click Add and Choose Mail.
  3. Enter your name.
  4. Enter the Return Address, alias@example.com
  5. Choose POP3 as your server type. Enter example.com as your Incoming Mail server.
  6. Enter your Internet Service Provider's Outgoing Mail server or you may also enter example.com
  7. Enter the [userID] you specified when you set up the account.
  8. Enter the password you specified when you set up the account.
  9. Complete the setup process with responses appropriate to your computer and your preferences.
  10. Follow the instructions for enabling Authentication for outgoing mail.

Note: example.com should be replaced with your site's domain name.
