Can I access my website using FTP?

RainStorm allows FTP access to your webspace using an FTP client. There are many clients available for Windows and Mac OS. The general configuration settings are listed below:

• Server Address: example.com (replace this with your domain name)
• Username: the account responsible for administering your website
• Password: password for the account above
• Remote directory/path: /web

All other default settings are typically correct.
