Why am I missing some email messages? Could my spam settings be too strict?

There are many potential reasons that you may be missing mail, including spam filters, bad addresses or misconfigured email programs. If you suspect you missed a message, feel free to call us and we can help determine the cause.

We will need to know the following information to track the message:

  1. What day and approximate time the mail was sent
  2. Who the mail was sent to
  3. Who the message came from

With this information, we can often view the path of the message and help you troubleshoot the issue. If you think that your server spam filter may be the cause, please visit the FAQ regarding adjusting your SPAM filter settings.
