Can I use webmail to check my email using my web browser?

RainStorm offers a webmail product with your account. This allows you to check your email from any computer with an internet connection and a web browser. If you have used Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, or GMail, the RainStorm webmail is very similar.

Webmail can be very useful if you are out of your office or away from your computer and need to check your email, however RainStorm does not recommend that webmail be used exclusively. Webmail does not remove your mail from your mail server when you check your email so we recommend that you check your mail periodically using a desktop client such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird to archive your mail to your computer.

To get started checking your email using webmail simply go to: http://www.example.com/mail (where example.com is your site's domain name).
